Direct connection\/ communication with your ERP-system is one of the possibilities.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<table id=\"randapparatuur\" class=\"table-randapparatuur\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<h2>Peripheral equipment<\/h2>\n<p>The PROD_EYE modules are equipped with connection ports to provide surveillance over the peripheral equipment attached to the machine.<br \/>\nThis includes, but is not limited to: dosing equipment, tempering equipment, hotrunner-controllers, material supply et cetera.<br \/>\nA voltage-free signal of the peripheral equipment is easily connected to the PROD-EYE module using a Multi connector. THis makes it possible for employees to pick the order which is next in line for production. All order data will be shown on the screen and the preparations for production can begin. After the setup fases the actual production will commence. During production the expected time of completion for the order will be updated continuously. This allows the planner to have a clear view wether new materials need to be brought in or prepared, when potential packaging needs to be present, et cetera. By keeping the shot-weight up to date with regular quality controls, the material use is monitored closely and accurately. This in turn means you can give your client an accurate estimate of the time it will take for them to receive their goods. De redenen zijn vooraf definieerbaar. Bij afkeur geeft de operator het aantal stuks (of het gewicht) in samen met de reden van afkeur.<\/p>\n<p>Het aantal afgekeurde producten wordt door Prod-Eye verwerkt in het te produceren aantal. Wanneer de module \u2018Rapportages\u2019 actief is wordt de oorzaak van afkeur verwerkt in de afkeurrapporten. Daardoor krijgt u snel en betrouwbare informatie over afkeurpercentages, redenen en kosten. Dit maakt het systeem flexibel om te worden toegepast in veel landen. Maar ook per land kan het wenselijk zijn om de taal (automatisch) aan te passen naar de specifieke gebruiker.
